Gather + Gather in Weybridge (KT13) is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead on-site kitchen operations and craft menus that delight clients and diners.

You will prepare breakfast, lunch and hospitality offerings, maintain top food safety standards, and contribute to launching new service concepts while working a consistent Monday-Friday pattern. This is a rewarding role in a collaborative, award-winning team in a busy workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or similar role in a catering environment.
• Ability to plan menus aligned with client needs.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Invent and create menus aligned with client needs.
• Prepare food promptly to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure dishes are visually appealing.
• Develop new service styles and concepts.
• Communicate menu requirements and order ingredients.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch and hospitality on site.
• Assist with stock-taking.

Location: KT13 0NY

Rate of Pay: £17.43 per hour

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 6:00am - 14:30pm, Bank Holidays, Easter and Christmas off

Key Responsibilities

• To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs
• To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers
• To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time
• To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts
• To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus and order necessary ingredients
• Prepare breakfast, lunch & hospitality on site
• Help with stock take
