Job summary

Plough & Harrow is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen, deliver consistent dishes and inspire your team. You will step in for the Head Chef when required and drive high standards across service, ensuring smooth ordering, prep and stock control under a branded menu.
