Mitchells & Butlers plc is seeking a Sous Chef for the Plough & Harrow. You will lead a kitchen section, train your team, and step up in the Head Chef's absence while maintaining top quality and guest satisfaction.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef at the Plough & Harrow, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
