The Opportunity

We are delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional Sous Chef to join one of Cornwall's most prestigious independent luxury hotels.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is led by an accomplished Executive Chef whose cooking is driven by seasonality, provenance, sustainability and exceptional produce.

Working closely with some of Cornwall's finest local suppliers, the team places particular emphasis on the county's outstanding seafood. With the daily catch landed just metres from the restaurant, the kitchen has a genuine sea-to-table philosophy, centred around freshness, quality and locality.

About You
