Qualifications

  • Proven experience in training and recruiting kitchen staff.

About the Role: Sous Chef

We are passionate about real cooking — for our customers and our team. As a Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef, lead and engage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service across 14 shifts per week.

Your responsibilities include leading shifts, ensuring the kitchen operates effectively and safely, maintaining high standards for stocks, Health & Safety, Hygiene, and food quality, and upholding 5-star kitchen standards.
