Mitchells & Butler s PLC in Fen Ditton is seeking a Sous Chef - Live In to lead a kitchen section, train staff, and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control. You’ll embrace the branded menu and uphold hygiene standards while delivering high-quality, guest-focused service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team as sous chef or strong leadership in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proven ability to train staff and deliver consistent quality.
• Knowledge of health, safety and food hygiene regulations.
