Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Clophill is recruiting a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section with a passion for great food and developing a strong team. You will drive consistency, mentor colleagues and uphold high standards across the brigade.

You will train and inspire your team, support the Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations. This permanent, full-time role comes with a competitive salary and company benefits.

• Experience in running a kitchen section and stepping up in absence of head chef.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver quality service.
