Rockfish Dartmouth is seeking a Sous Chef to craft exceptional seafood dishes and lead a skilled kitchen team in a coastal setting. You will support the Head Chef in daily operations and uphold high standards of food safety, stock control and waste management.

What to expect?

Join our team, build your career, and celebrate your first year with an extra £2,000 in your pocket. We are offering £1k after 6 months and then £1k after 12 months of employment. What a way to celebrate a whole year with Rockfish?!!

This package is £35k basic salary per annum + tronc + tips and overtime. OTE

• We pay salaries monthly but tronc and tips on a weekly basis via our external troncmaster Tipjar, - so you can earn and access your cash quicker!

• This is a casual role working is across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.

• We are lunch and dinner dining restaurant meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts determined by the rota.

• Christmas off, our sites are closed Christmas eve, Christmas Day & Boxing Day

• We'll provide the Chef whites!

• We're not about extra hours, but if they're ever needed, overtime is paid.
