Rockfish Plymouth is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our award‑winning coastal group in Plymouth. You will prepare exceptional seafood dishes, ensure quality across every plate, and collaborate with a passionate team focused on hospitality, sustainability, and customer delight.

• This is a casual role working is across 5 days, Monday - Sunday availability required.

You'll maintain high standards in food safety, stock control, cost and waste management, and collaborate with the front of house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
