Job summary

Rockfish Torquay is seeking proactive Chef Managers to lead our coastal kitchen teams. You will mentor sous and head chefs, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional service across our Rockfish locations by the coast.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Head Chef in a busy restaurant setting.
