Job summary

Rockfish in the UK is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our coastal restaurant team. You will lead a skilled kitchen crew, shaping great seafood dishes and ensuring Rockfish standards in every service.

You will manage food safety, stock, and costs while collaborating with front-of-house to deliver memorable dining experiences. There are clear progression paths across all Rockfish locations.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a sous chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership and communication skills within a team.
• Commitment to food safety standards and quality.

Responsibilities

• As a Rockfish Sous Chef, you will cook exceptional seafood dishes to Rockfish standards.
• You will lead and inspire a kitchen team, driving consistency and efficiency.
• You will manage food safety, stock control, cost and waste, and work with front-of-house.
• You will support the Head Chef and help develop staff across locations.
