Qualifications

• Une expérience préalable dans un rôle similaire ou comme Commis Chef est exigée.
• Capacité à diriger l'équipe de cuisine avec passion.
• Engagement pour les plus hauts standards de qualité de la nourriture et du service.

As Sous Chef, you’ll:

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Be accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team—helping to develop their skills
• Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service
