Sous Chef | Up to £40,000 + Benefits | Mill Farm Sports Village

Key Responsibilities

As our Sous Chef, you will:

  • Assist the Head Chefin leading, motivating, and supervising the Kitchen Team.
  • Manage food storage, preparation, production, safety, cooking, and servicewithin on-site restaurants and bars, including match day hospitality and banqueting.
  • Take full responsibilityfor Head Chef duties in their absence.
  • Maintain high levels of servicethat exceed customer expectations.
  • Control resources, manage processes, and cultivate a culture of excellence.
