Job summary

Miller & Carter in Sheffield City Centre is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who loves great food, training people and making guests smile. You will run a section and lead the team in the Head Chef's absence.

You'll be part of the Masters of Steak accreditation, with access to 3 day Steak School, flexible shifts, staff discounts, Wagestream, and opportunities for progression. Join a team that values support, belonging, and a welcoming atmosphere, with pension, 28 days holiday and employer share

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and training staff.
• Strong focus on food quality and presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork within a kitchen.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.

As a Sous Chef atMiller & Carter - Sheffield City Centre, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces.
