Job summary

Miller & Carter - Southampton, part of Mitchells & Butlers plc, is seeking a Sous Chef who leads a kitchen section, trains staff and steps in for the Head Chef as needed. You will drive quality and ensure the team works as one to deliver excellent meals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and training teams to deliver quality dishes.
• Ability to manage ordering, prep and stock with the Head Chef support.
• Proven track record maintaining health and hygiene standards in a busy kitchen.

As a Sous Chef atMiller & Carter - Southampton, you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people and leaving a smile on our guests faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team are working together as one and you will be the person to step up in leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Does this sound like you?
