Miller & Carter Horsforth is seeking a passionate Sous Chef who can lead a kitchen section, train chefs, and step up in the Head Chef's absence. You will help ensure consistent all-round quality, manage food preparation, and work as part of a close-knit team to deliver standout meals.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong team leadership and training skills.
• Able to manage food ordering and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef with ordering and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and kitchen standards.
• Lead Chefs and wider kitchen team.
• Ensure health and hygiene regulations are followed.
