Job summary

Waters Edge is seeking a Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train a great team, and uphold high standards of food quality and guest experience. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and step up in their absence to keep service running smoothly.

You’ll manage food ordering, prep, and stock, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and help deliver on the brand’s menu. We offer flexible shifts, staff discounts, progression opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• As Sous Chef you’ll be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
