Waters Edge is hiring a Sous Chef in the United Kingdom. You will run a kitchen section, train and inspire a team, and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control. You will ensure operations meet health and hygiene standards and lead in the Head Chef's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and running a section.
• Ability to train staff and maintain high food standards.
• Capable of managing food ordering and stock control while complying with regulations.
