Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is hiring a Sous Chef at Round Oak. You will run a kitchen section, train staff, and step up to lead when the Head Chef is away. You’ll help maintain high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction across our branded concepts.

Join us to develop your leadership skills, manage ordering and stock, and ensure the team works cohesively in a busy, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Sous Chef experience in a branded kitchen is preferred.
• Passion for training teams and delivering great food.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Oversee adherence to health and hygiene regulations.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency across shifts.
• Lead the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
