Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Sous Chef for Waters Edge in Ruislip. The role focuses on leading a section, training staff, and supporting the Head Chef while maintaining brand standards and consistent quality across waters edge menus.

The position offers a full-time permanent contract with a mobile-friendly application process and extra benefits such as staff discounts and progression opportunities within the Mitchells & Butlers team.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
