Miller & Carter - Woodford Green is hiring a Part Time Sous Chef. You will lead a kitchen section, inspire a team, and step up in the Head Chef's absence while delivering high-quality meals.

Qualifications

• Experience as a sous chef or senior line cook.
• Ability to lead a kitchen team.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and maintain consistency.
• Manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
