Job summary

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Sous Chef to join our pub kitchen team. You’ll be second in command to the Head Chef, ensuring hot, high quality food is presented to the pass every shift. You’ll run the line during service and support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management.

Qualifications

• Branded experience in a similar role or as a Commis Chef.
• Ability to support Head Chef and run the line during service.
• Comfortable supervising and developing kitchen staff.
