Job summary

Marston’s pub group is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll serve hot, high-quality dishes, lead by example, and stand in for the Head Chef when needed, ensuring smooth service on every shift.

As Second-in-Command, you’ll train and guide the team, uphold brand standards, and drive excellence from prep to pass. Our people-first culture offers opportunities for progression and a supportive, dynamic workplace.

• Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef
• Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen
• Accountable for running the line during service
• Oversee, organise, and encouragethe kitchen team - helping to develop their skills
• Be passionateabout maintaining the highest standards of food and service
