Chilled is looking for a seriously strong Sous Chef—someone who can lead a kitchen, develop people and take real ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen with responsibility for staff and output.
• Ability to develop junior chefs and run shifts.
• Strong communication and organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen during service and off-peak periods.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve performance.
• Ensure consistent food quality and hygiene standards.
