Job summary

Chilled Pubs is looking for a Sous Chef to be at the heart of the kitchen, leading a busy team and driving outstanding food standards while ensuring every service runs like clockwork.

You’ll support the Head Chef with team development, food quality, stock control, ordering, hygiene and kitchen performance, developing the skills you need to become a seriously strong kitchen leader in our growing group.

Qualifications

• Assist Head Chef with team development and training.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Manage stock, ordering, portion control and kitchen performance.

Responsibilities
