The Bosville and Marmalade Hotels are seeking dedicated Sous Chefs to join their talented culinary teams on a full-time permanent basis. The position involves working a minimum of 45 hours per week, across a schedule of five days out of seven, including weekends.
The Dulse and Brose restaurant at the Bosville Hotels showcases the finest Skye produce, prepared elegantly in a contemporary setting. The menu features a diverse selection of local seafood, meats, and delicacies from the Skye larder.
The Chargrill restaurant at Marmalade Hotel specializes in steak and seafood, celebrating Scottish farmers and their quality produce. The menu highlights prime Scottish meats grilled to perfection, complemented by locally sourced side dishes prepared using modern Scottish techniques.
As a Sous Chef, you will be guest-focused and committed to delivering memorable culinary experiences.
