We are working with a fantastic Gastro Pub / Restaurant, near Oxford, to find them a Sous Chef with a passion for all things food and the desire to work in this stunning establishment.

The team here are known for serving mouth-watering dishes; each created with fresh, locally sourced produce of the highest quality. Combine this with their stunning setting and delectable range of drinks and you will soon see why they are so popular with locals and visitors alike!

The perfect Sous Chef will have a history of working within a fresh food kitchen but not getting the appreciation and progression you deserve. It is imperative that you have a strong knowledge of high quality, fresh food. You should have a flair when it comes to pairing flavours and creating menus.
