Mitchells & Butlers PLC is hiring a Sous Chef for Miller & Carter - Gosforth Park in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will lead a section, train your team and step in for the Head Chef when needed.

You’ll be passionate about great food and great service, manage food ordering, prep and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met. Our 3-day Steak School and progression opportunities support your professional growth.
