Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Fleet (GU51) is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead a busy kitchen team. You’ll drive food quality, maintain brand standards and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or senior kitchen role.
• Ability to train and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong focus on food quality, consistency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen section ensuring teamwork across staff.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver high-quality meals.
• Assist Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control.

CHEF YOU’LL…

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
