Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere, part of the Fuller’s family, is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and run the kitchen in their absence. You will craft dishes using seasonal, local produce and mentor the kitchen team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Hygiene qualification and strong knowledge of food safety.
• Experience with fresh, seasonal ingredients and kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Take full control of the kitchen when the Head Chef is away.
• Prepare and execute dishes using seasonal, local ingredients.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team for consistent service.
