Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and run the kitchen in their absence. You will craft dishes using seasonal, locally sourced produce, lead a motivated team, and ensure exemplary food safety standards are maintained.
