Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Kingsclere is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away. You will craft seasonal, locally sourced dishes and bring fresh ideas to the menu while guiding the kitchen team to deliver high-quality services.
