Job summary

The Rising Sun, Bashley, part of Fuller's family, is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen in their absence, and deliver fresh dishes using seasonal, local produce.

You will contribute creative ideas to menus and help develop the kitchen team. Fuller's offers induction and training, plus access to a range of benefits across our pubs and hotels.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations in Head Chef's absence.
• Prepare and present fresh, high-quality dishes.
• Drive creativity and introduce new menu ideas.
• Support and develop the kitchen team.
• Ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Maintain consistency across services.

Job description
