Job summary

The Fox and Hounds, part of Fuller’s, is seeking a Chef de Partie who takes pride in fresh, seasonal cooking and delivers high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen.

You will work with a talented team, learn new techniques, and contribute to a welcoming pub environment that values guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Chef de Partie role within a traditional pub kitchen.
• Ability to prepare fresh dishes from seasonal ingredients.
• Excellent teamwork and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu dishes to specification.
• Support senior chefs and work as part of a team.
• Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards.
• Assist with menu development and plating when needed.
