At Hydes, food quality and caring for our people are key. As our Sous Chef, you will be second in command, delivering excellent food standards, working with fresh ingredients to serve seasonal menus and daily specials in a friendly environment. Supporting your head chef to lead and mentor your team, you will be passionate about training and development. Previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment, is required. You may be a chef de partie or junior sous looking to progress.
