Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Manchester. You will support the Head Chef to craft and deliver diverse, high-quality menus, ensuring excellence in every plate and consistency across services.

You will lead a dynamic kitchen, mentor junior staff, and uphold rigorous food safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
