Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team based in Chester. You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and deliver a diverse, high-quality menu, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.

You will lead a dynamic kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, driving quality, training and mentoring staff, and delivering world-class dining experiences across our collection of restaurants.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
