Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking a dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen teams across our 30+ venues, including Piccolino, Restaurant Bar & Grill, Forbici and Riva Blu. You will assist in creating and executing diverse, high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency with the Head Chef's standards.

You will learn from experienced chefs, work alongside a passionate team, and contribute to a supportive kitchen culture while delivering outstanding guest experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in or a similar role is required.
