Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Sous Chef for a busy Toby Carvery in Keighley. You will lead a kitchen section, coaching the team and stepping in for the Head Chef when required. The role focuses on delivering great food, staff development, and maintaining brand standards.

The role offers full-time hours with a flexible, supportive team culture and opportunities for progression within the Mitchells & Butlers family.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP.
• Experience with menu execution.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
