Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Sous Chef for Toby Carvery in Lympstone to manage a section, lead the kitchen team and support the Head Chef. The role focuses on delivering great food, training staff, and maintaining high standards in a busy kitchen.

The position is permanent, full-time, based in Lympstone with a competitive salary and opportunities for progression within the Mitchells & Butler group.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
