We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining culinary standards, and contributing to menu development. If you have a passion for culinary arts, leadership skills, and are committed to maintaining high standards in the kitchen, we invite you to take on a leadership role at our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation.
  2. Oversee and participate in the cooking and presentation of dishes.
  3. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  4. Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  5. Collaborate with the culinary team in developing and updating menu offerings.
  6. Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of kitchen supplies.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role in a high-end restaurant or luxury establishment.
  2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  3. Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
