Job Role: Sous Chef

Cuisine: Premium steakhouse

Location: London (multiple sites)

We’re recruiting for an ambitious Sous Chef to join one of London’s most respected steakhouse brands. This is a chance to work with exceptional ingredients, mentor a driven team, and grow in a business that values work-life balance and career progression.

The Restaurant:

• High-volume, premium steakhouse with a focus on fresh and best produce
• Structured shifts (no 2AM finishes) + industry-leading training programs
• High-volume, high-energy sites with bit family style teams
• Strong team culture with minimal turnover and fantastic progression

The Ideal Sous Chef:

• 2+ years’ experience in premium kitchens
• Passion for fresh produce and high standards
• Strong leadership skills – can run a section and motivate a team
• Organised, with sharp knife skills and food safety knowledge
