My client is an award-winning Catering company, seeking a Sous Chef to join their growing team! This role will work alongside the Executive Chef to deliver high quality food in a variety of high-volume settings. Main Duties:

  • Be a fundamental member of the team, cooking for private dining and large-scale events
  • Run events independently from end to end
  • Communicate with suppliers to support the Executive Chef
  • Delegate kitchen tasks to the wider team
  • Minimise food wastage and adhere to company health and safety policies

Requirements:

  • Passion for food and hospitality industry!
  • 2+ years in a leadership role, managing a variety of events or a high-volume kitchen
  • Be able to support the Head Chef in all areas of the kitchen
  • Have excellent understanding of running a successful kitchen and off-site events
