Sous Chef - London, Notting Hill

  • £14 - £19 per hour OTE (including service charge - our data indicates you can earn between £1 to £5 per hour on top of your pay)

The role and You:

You’ll lead in areas such as food standards, safety, and team management. As a Sous Chef, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly, working closely with your Head Chef and management team. You should be a talented, hardworking individual ready to embrace leadership responsibilities and help foster a culture of loyalty, positivity, and opportunity.

  • Managing and developing your team
  • Running service and pass
  • Maintaining Food Safety and Health & Safety compliance
  • Supporting Head Chef in recruitment & training
  • Achieving set KPIs
  • Managing stock and COGS
  • Ensuring compliance & reporting
  • Continuously improving service and restaurant performance
