Kitchen Porter Duties

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and equipment maintenance throughout service
• Collecting and washing pots and pans
• Keeping work surfaces, walls, and floors clean and sanitized
• Ensuring crockery, cutlery, and equipment are clean and ready for use
• Assisting with basic food preparation and cooking tasks as needed
• Managing waste, recycling, and bin emptying
• Performing weekly and monthly deep cleaning duties according to company guidelines
