I am looking for an experienced chef to join our small team, working harmoniously to improve productivity and profitability in a flexible, enjoyable environment. The role involves using fresh ingredients to prepare pizza, pasta, grills, and salads. We plan to incorporate delivery services, and the right candidate will share in the business profits as a partner, in addition to weekly wages. This presents a great opportunity for excellent pay and to showcase skills in delivery and collection services.
Our menu features Italian, Turkish, and Greek specialties, including some classic British breakfast dishes. We seek a hands-on sous chef who follows current culinary trends and can enhance our menu with new dishes or improvements to existing recipes and presentation. We value high-quality food and customer care and are looking for a like-minded individual.
Requirements include experience in managing a kitchen section, following instructions, organization, hygiene, and good communication skills. Skills in stretching pizza dough are a plus. Our location is in West Wimbledon-Raynes Park (SW20); please consider travel requirements before applying.
