Join a vibrant new establishment in London as a Kitchen Assistant. This full-time role involves preparing high-quality dishes, collaborating with the Head Chef, and training new staff. You will thrive in a creative environment focused on fresh food and customer service.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in accordance with the bars menu and standards.. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring that all dishes are prepared on time and to specification.. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.. Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and inventory management.. Train new kitchen staff on food production techniques and best practices.. Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday
Salary: £13 – £15 hourly
