Job summary

Toby Carvery - Waterside is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef with a passion for great food and team development. You will run a kitchen section, training and guiding your team, and step up to lead when the Head Chef is absent.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and directing a small team.
• Ability to train and motivate staff to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
