Job summary

Toby Carvery, Keighley, part of Mitchells & Butlers PLC, is looking for a Sous Chef who can run a section, train staff and lead the team in the Head Chef's absence. No CV required; the application process is mobile and quick.

You will manage food ordering, stock control, and ensure health and hygiene standards, while delivering great food and memorable guest experiences in a branded menu environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy environment.
• Passion for training staff and delivering quality food.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to manage stock and food ordering.
• Comfort working within a branded menu.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
