Job summary

Pho Lincoln is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to join our busy restaurant team in Lincoln. The right candidate will support the Head Chef, mentor junior chefs, and help drive consistent service across all kitchen sections.

We value passion for fresh, vibrant dishes and strong knowledge of food safety and safety regulations. This is a full-time on-site role with a supportive, hands-on leadership environment in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Hands-on chefs who are passionate about cooking fresh, vibrant and flavoursome food.
• Second Chef or Sous Chef with minimum 1 year in role.
• Experience being second in command, assisting Head Chef and mentoring wok/lines/salad chefs.
• Strong knowledge in food safety and managing compliance with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef with managerial duties and mentorship in the kitchen.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations across sections to ensure consistency.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and HACCP compliance.
• Lead by example in fast-paced service and team collaboration.

We are looking for a SousChef to join our busy Pho restaurant in Lincoln.

Our kitchen has a wonderful team of chefs whowork very hard and are great at what they do, so it’s important we find theright Second Chef who is going to be supportive, friendly and hands-on, always readyto help in the different sections of the kitchen.

Annual alary offer of up to£40,700 is made up of a base annual salary £34,700 plus earnings received through tronc.
